How we prepare, send and track your SoothVia order.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or unusually busy periods.

Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and depends on the destination and carrier. Estimates are not guaranteed and customs delays may occur.

When tracking is available, we email a link after dispatch. It may take up to 72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

The checkout total shows charges collected by us. The recipient is responsible for any import duties or local charges not included at checkout.
